The room design was not good The separate toilet lacked a handbasin I found this unhygienic. The bath towels were small and thin.

the location was great! it was just a five-minute walk to both the hauptbahnhof and the cologne cathedral. the staff were helpful, which i appreciated a lot. i found a coffee pod machine and a kettle in the room.

THE aC in the room wasn't really ac, it was more of a fan blowing air. i couldn't change the temperature, so its purpose was unclear. i noticed dirt in the hallways, not what i expect. additionally, there was no soap in the bathroom upon arrival.
